● Installation Service
Usually, the laser machines are well installed before shipping. For some small parts installation, we provide user manual / video for installation, operation, maintenance and some common troubleshooting solutions. We will also provide technical support and guidance by e-mail, phone call, Teamviewer, Wechat, WhatsApp, and so on, to further assist you in case of some questions regarding installation and operation arise.
● Free Training Service
You can send technicians to Fortune Laser factory for free training. This is a direct and efficient way to get a better training effect. If not convenient for this kind of on-site training, w can also provide the online training and meetings to support you till you can operate the machines with no problem. Usually, the recommended training period is 1-3 days. Some of the training content includes:
● 1-3-years Warranty
Fortune Laser usually provides 1 Year Warranty for the machines and 2 Years for the Laser source(based on the laser manufacturer’s warranty). It’s available to EXTEND the warranty period, and we can talk more details then.
● Customized Service(OEM order) and Overseas Service(charged)
Fortune Laser has senior engineers with over 10 years experience in CNC laser industry. We can design and produce the machines based on customer’s needs and budgets. At the same time, we can arrange engineers to provide door to door installation and training service as required. Customer shall provide or pay for the accommodation, round trip tickets and pay the on-site service charge as well.
