At present, the laser cutting machines on the market all use a set of motion systems for cutting operations. The laser cutting head is driven by the motor to move and cut in the three directions of X, Y, and Z, and can cut graphics with a single motion trajectory.
With the continuous development of laser cutting technology, the processing capacity, efficiency and quality of laser cutting are constantly improving. However, in existing laser cutting machines, there is a set of motion systems. When laser cutting is performed in a single time or single version, the pattern must be the same or a mirrored pattern. There are limitations in laser cutting layout. Only a single-time single-graphic layout can be performed, and only one set of processing tracks can be realized, and the efficiency cannot be further improved. In summary, how to effectively solve the limitations of single-time single-graphic layout and low cutting efficiency are problems that technicians in this field urgently need to solve.
