The main components of the commonly used thin film laser cutting machine are circuit system, transmission system, cooling system, optical system and dust removal system.
1. Transmission system:
Linear motor guide rail in use for a period of time, smoke and dust will have a corrosive effect on the guide rail, so it is necessary to regularly remove the organ cover to maintain the linear motor guide rail. The cycle is once every six months.

Maintenance method
Turn off the power of the laser cutting machine, open the organ cover, wipe the guide rail with a clean soft cloth to clean it, and then apply a thin layer of white guide rail lubricating oil on the guide rail, after the oil is finished, let the slider pull back and forth on the guide rail to ensure that the lubricating oil enters the inside of the slide block. Do not touch the guide rail directly with your hands, otherwise it will lead to rust affecting the operation of the guide rail.

Second, optical system:
Optical lens (protective mirror, focusing mirror, etc.) surface, do not touch directly with your hand, so it is easy to cause mirror scratches. If there is oil or dust on the mirror, it will seriously affect the use of the lens, and the lens should be cleaned in time. Different lens cleaning methods are different;

Mirror cleaning: Use the spray gun to blow off the dust on the surface of the lens; Clean the surface of the lens with alcohol or lens paper.

Focusing mirror cleaning: first use the spray gun to blow off the dust on the mirror; Then remove the dirt with a clean cotton swab; Use a new cotton swab soaked with high purity alcohol or acetone to scrub the lens in a circular motion from the center of the lens, and after each week, replace it with another clean swab and repeat until the lens is clean.

Third, cooling system:
The main function of the chiller is to cool the laser, the chiller circulating water requirements must use distilled water, water quality problems or dust in the environment into the circulating water, the deposition of these impurities will lead to the blockage of the water system and cutting machine parts, which seriously affects the cutting effect and even burn optical components, so good and regular maintenance is the key to ensure the normal work of the machine.

Maintenance method
1. Use cleaning agent or high quality soap to remove the dirt on the surface of the chiller. Do not use benzene, acid, grinding powder, steel brush, hot water, etc.
2. Check whether the condenser is blocked by dirt, please use compressed air or brush to remove the dust of the condenser;
3. Replace the circulating water (distilled water), and clean the water tank and metal filter;

Four, dust removal system:
After the fan works for a period of time, a large amount of dust will accumulate in the fan and exhaust pipe, which will affect the exhaust efficiency of the fan and cause a large amount of smoke and dust to be discharged.
Every month or so to clean, the exhaust pipe and the fan of the connection of the hose band loosen, remove the exhaust pipe, clean out the exhaust pipe and the fan in the dust.

Five, the circuit system.
The electrical parts of the chassis on both sides and the tail should be kept clean, and the power should be checked once in a while. The air compressor can be used to vacuum. When the dust accumulates too much, the dry weather will produce static electricity and interfere with the signal transmission of the machine, such as graffiti. If the weather is wet, there will be a short circuit problem, resulting in the machine can not operate normally, and the machine needs to run at the specified ambient temperature to run production.
Matters needing attention
When maintenance work must be done through the main switch to turn off the equipment, turn it off and unplug the key. Safety regulations must be strictly observed in order to avoid accidents. Because the whole equipment is composed of high-precision components, it must be extra careful in the daily maintenance process, in strict accordance with the operating procedures of each part, and by special personnel to maintain, do not savage operation, so as to avoid damage to components.
The environment of the workshop should be kept dry, well ventilated, the ambient temperature at 25 ° C ±2 ° C, pay attention to the prevention of equipment condensation in summer, and do a good job of anti-freezing of laser equipment in winter. The equipment should be far away from the electrical equipment sensitive to electromagnetic interference to prevent the equipment from long-term electromagnetic interference. Stay away from large power and strong vibration equipment sudden large power interference, large power interference will sometimes cause machine failure, although rare, but should be avoided as far as possible.
