We provide 24/7 fast and professional support for your Fortune Laser machines. Besides the warranty provided, free lifetime technical support is available.

We’ll do our best to assist you in troubleshooting, repairing and/or maintaining your Fortune Laser machines.

You are welcome to get training in our factory. And the user manual / video for installation, operation, maintenance will be sent to you for better understand and use the laser machines. The laser machines will be installed well before shipping out to customers. Considering to save space and shipping cost for customers, some small parts for some machines may not be installed before shipment, customers can install parts well and easily with the guide of the manual and videos.

Usually, we provide 12 months for the fiber laser cutting machines and 2 years for the laser source (based on the laser manufacturer’s warranty) since the date when the machine arrives destination port.

It’s available to EXTEND the warranty period, namely, additional warranties can be purchased. Please contact us for more details.

Except for the man-made damage and some consumables that are not covered by the warranty, we will provide the replacement for free during the warranty period, but customer must send the damaged parts back to us and pay for the shipping cost from their local place to us. Then we send the alternative part/replacement to customer, and we bear this part shipping cost.

If the machines are beyond the warranty period, some cost will be charged for the parts repairing or changing.

We provide the customer with free test of their material or product. Our experienced engineer will test and try to get the best result of cutting, welding or marking as required. The detailed pictures and video, test parameters, and test result can be sent for customer’s reference. If needed, the tested material or product can be sent back to customer to check, and its shipping cost should be paid by customer.

Yes. Fortune Laser team design and manufacture laser machines for years, and we can produce the machines based on your requirements. Though customization available, considering about the cost and the time it takes, we will recommend the standard machines and configuration first based on your budget and application.

Please tell us the material and thickness you want to cut/weld/mark, and the max working area you need, we will recommend the very suitable solutions for you with competitive price.

The machine operation is easy to learn and handle. When you order CNC laser machines from Fortune Laser, we will send you user manuals and operating videos, and assist you to learn the machines and operation via phone calls, e-mail, and WhatsApp, etc.

Yes. Besides the laser machines, we also supply the laser parts for your machines, including the laser source, laser head, cooling system, etc.

Yes, we’ll arrange the shipment based on your requirements. Please tell us your detailed shipping address and the nearest sea port / air port as well.

If you want to arrange the shipment by yourself or have your own shipping agent, please also let us know, and we’ll support you for that.

Due to different weight and size of each machine, shipping address and the shipping method preferred, the shipping cost will be different. You are always welcome to fill out the contact form or email us directly to get a free quote. We will check the latest shipping cost for the machine you need.
Please note customs fees and some other fees may be charged for the import of the machines. Please contact your local customs for detailed information about that.

Usually, for small amount, customers need to pay 100% in advance before we arranging the order.

For big order, we take 30% down-payment to initiate manufacture of your Laser machines. When the machines are ready, we will take pictures and video for you to check first, and then you make the payment for the 70% balance for the order.

We will arrange the shipment for the machines after the full payment received.

Fortune Laser machine for metal can cut carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, alloy and some other metals. The maximum thickness depends on the laser power and cutting materials. Please tell us what materials and thick you want to cut with the machine, and we’ll provide a solution and quotation for you.

Metal fiber laser cutting machine is a type of laser equipment with CNC (Computer Numerical Control) system, which adopts fiber laser beam to cut metals (Stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, brass, aluminum, gold, silver, alloy, etc) into 2D or 3D shapes. Fiber laser cutting machine is to use a focused high-power density laser beam to irradiate the work-piece, so that the irradiated material quickly melts, vaporizes, then ablates or reaches the ignition point, and at the same time blows out the molten material by the high-speed airflow coaxial with the beam, and later moves through the CNC mechanical system. The spot irradiates the position to realize a thermal cutting method for cutting the work-piece.
